The economy has been hit hard by COVID-19 and the subsequent closures. The library has compiled a list of resources to help you learn about applying for unemployment, insurance, and more. If you have questions, please reach out to library staff.

Department of Labor. The U.S. Department of Labor has resources to help workers and employers prepare for the COVID-19 virus.

New Hampshire Employment Security. NHES is the premier provider of workforce services in New Hampshire. NHES has 13 offices across N.H., but due to COVID-19, all offices are closed to the public. All claims and questions should be directed to nhes.nh.gov or call the Unemployment Assistance Hotline at 603-271-7700. Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday Closed
