The Keene Conservation Commission will meet on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 5:00 PM in Room 22 of the Recreation Center located at 312 Washington Street.
Site Visit: Commission members will conduct a site visit of the property at 454 Elm Street prior to the meeting at 3:45 pm. This property is proposed to be redeveloped as a Cottage Court development with 18 single-family homes. The Planning Board has referred this application to the Conservation Commission for review and recommendation regarding proposed impacts to the 30-foot surface water protection buffer.
