We participate in the Southwest NH Tour of Lights each December. City of Keene residents can enter their decorated homes to be a part of Keene's Light up the City Tour and viewers will vote for their favorite lights! The 2024 entry form will be released in early November.

When the tour kicks off, we hold a First Stop at the Rec Center where cars can drive through to see our lights, receive a light tour map, and grab some hot cocoa, popcorn, and a candy cane to enjoy along the tour! This event is free and open to the public.

  • Winter Festival

Each year we host a Winter Fest where we gather for outdoor games, music, hot cocoa, s'mores by the fire, sledding, and ice skating (if the ice is ready)! Due to the recent rain, this year's Winter Fest was canceled; however, we plan to do a pop-up sledding and hot cocoa event at the park if we get another big snow in the coming weeks. Stay tuned by checking our Facebook and Instagram accounts!
