Controlled Fire Training at KFD Station 2 on Hastings Ave., May 31st
On Saturday, May 31, the NH Fire Academy will be conducting controlled brush fire training exercises. These are planned and permitted training exercises, with State Fire Instructors on site to ensure everything is safe and under control. Fire apparatus and safety measures will be in place as necessary. Thank you for your understanding and support as future firefighters gain this important hands-on experience.

MAINTENANCE PARKING BAN – On Sunday, June 1st, and Monday, June 2nd, the following parking lots will be closed to all vehicles all day and overnight:
Gilbo Ave East Lot
Elm Street Lot
Wells Street (Excluding the Garage) and Roxbury Plaza lots
Library Annex Lot & on-site Library Parking
During these times please utilize on-street parking or public (unreserved) spaces in the Commercial Street parking lot.
Weather Contingency: If inclement weather occurs, the work will be rescheduled to Monday, June 2, 2025 and Tuesday, June 3, 2025.
