The Keene Public Library, located at 60 Winter Street, offers a heated public space during its operating hours:

Monday and Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday through Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
