Urgent Notice: Delinquent Utility Billing Accounts
Properties that have outstanding utility billing balances beyond three billing periods are delinquent and will have services disconnected as soon as Thursday, November 21st, 2024. Delinquent balances must be paid by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, November 20th, 2024 to avoid service disconnection.
Payment Options:
- Pay in person at the Revenue Collection Office in City Hall.
- Drop payments in the drop-boxes outside City Hall or the Revenue Collection Office in the City Hall lobby by 4:00 PM on November 20th.
- Cash, check, credit, and debit cards are accepted. (Credit card and debit card payments will incur a 2.95% processing fee.)
Revenue Office Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Special Hours: Wednesday, November 20th: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
(The Revenue Office is located on the first floor of City Hall to the right as you walk into the City Hall lobby from the main entrance on Washington Street.)
Service Reconnection:
- If your service is disconnected, you can have it restored for a fee of $150 between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM on business days.
- After-hours and weekend reconnection is available for a fee of $515.
