The Library is pleased to offer Homebound Library Services for patrons who live in Keene, but are unable to visit the Library due to disability, illness, or temporary mobility limitations.
This service provides delivery and pickup of library materials on a scheduled basis. Deliveries may be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on availability. Patrons may request materials by phone, email, or through their online library account.
For everyone’s safety, deliveries are contactless or brief doorstep exchanges, and volunteers do not enter patron homes. Volunteers carry a Library identification card, and advance notice of delivery windows will be provided .
Homebound Library Services are subject to volunteer availability, and limits may apply to the number of items per delivery and deliveries per week. Participation requires that the borrower signs a Homebound Services Agreement.
