Upload documents to Princh from your home computer and come to the library to pay for them and have them printed for you.

Black & white printing is 15 cents per page. Color printing is 65 cents per page.

Open hours are:

• Monday and Friday:  10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday:  10 a.m. - 8 p.m.                              
• Saturday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

You can send documents from your smartphone or tablet to be printed at the library using the Princh app.

• Download the Princh app from your device's app store
• Open the document you wish to print and choose the share option
• Choose Print with Princh
• Open the Princh app and select a printer. Our printer ID is 102845, First Floor Konica.
• Choose document settings (b&w, color; single-sided, double-sided, etc.)
• Tap Print
• Accept Terms and Conditions, then Continue.
• Choose Pay at the Desk (payment is by cash or check only; you will pay staff at the library entrance)
• Enter your name, then tap Send Order
• Come to the library reference desk during our open hours to pay for your documents and have them printed.

The document is too big to be printed. What should I do?
Princh can handle files up to 30 MB. It is infrequent that documents are that large. If you try and print a file larger than 30 MB, the system will report an error. You can now compress the file to a smaller size than 30 MB or print it over several sessions if it is a document with several pages. E.g., If you are trying to print a document containing 60 pages with a size of 40 MB, print the first 30 pages (1-30) in one session, and then print the next 30 (31-60) in a new session.

My phone says that you cannot print from this app. What does it mean?
Princh strives to make it possible to print from as many devices as possible. However, sometimes a particular app does not support sending a document to Princh or other 3^rd party applications.
If you are trying to print from an app that is not supported, check to see if the file can be opened in another app and print from there, or, if available, try printing from a computer. Please also let us know which app caused the problem so that we can potentially fix the issue.
