The 2025 tax forms 1040 and 1040SR, as well as Schedule 1-A and instruction booklets, are now available to pick up from the reference area on our library’s first floor.
The library does not receive print copies of other forms.
Some tax forms can be printed by library staff at fifteen cents a page if you know which tax forms you need. Library staff are unable to assist with deciding which forms are needed or how to fill them out.

AARP Tax Assistance
