How will Resident Feedback be Addressed?
Staff will take notes at each listening session and will share major themes, concerns, and ideas with City leadership. Unless permission is explicitly granted, staff will not identify specific individuals when reporting out on major themes. Some specific concerns may be shared with other City departments, such as the Public Works Department to address a broken light fixture or Parks and Recreation to address a park-related concern.
