Meetings must be held during library open hours. Meetings held during Library hours are free if they are open to the public. Private meetings are charged at a different rate. The fee schedule can be found here. 

To book larger event spaces (Heberton Hall or Cohen Hall), please contact

Equipment Needs
These will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is best to request equipment WELL IN ADVANCE of your meeting. All rooms except the Auditorium come equipped with chairs and tables. The Auditorium has fixed seating and a pull-down screen. Most rooms are equipped with wall-mounted large screen monitors.
