STATEMENT:   A resolution readopting, with an expanded district area, the provisions of RSA 79-E “Community Revitalization Tax Relief Incentive” to allow the City to offer a tax incentive program as an incentive to encourage reinvestment in underutilized buildings or vacant industrial properties.  The program is administered at the state level.
