The City of Keene invites all residents, families, and other interested stakeholders to participate in a community engagement session for the proposed Gilbo Avenue Solar Pavilion Project. The proposed pavilion is envisioned as a multi-purpose community gathering space that integrates mass timber construction with solar energy generation while supporting the farmer’s market, downtown events, food trucks, and year-round community activities.
As part of the project’s conceptual design phase, the City has developed three preliminary pavilion concepts for public review. Community feedback will help inform the City’s selection of a preferred concept for further engineering and design.
