The City of Keene’s contractor, CM Minkler Paving & Painting/Stripe-It-Seal-It, will be performing crack sealing on City-owned parking lots. This maintenance work helps extend the life of the pavement and improves safety and appearance.
During the times listed below, the affected lots will be closed to all vehicles. Drivers are encouraged to use on-street parking or any non-reserved spaces in the Commercial Street Lot during these times.
Scheduled Closures – Monday, May 19, 2025:
- 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Library Annex Lot & Gilbo Avenue East Lot
- 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Elm Street Lot
- 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Wells Street Lot & Roxbury Plaza Lot
Weather Contingency:
If inclement weather occurs, the work will be rescheduled to Tuesday, May 20, 2025, during the same time periods. For updates or more information about parking restrictions, please visit the parking ban website.
