The City of Keene Public Works Department will be testing the pump station and flushing water mains in the Glen Road area. This work may affect the following streets:
• Darling Road
• Eastview Road
• Glen Road
• Hilltop Drive
• Mountainview Court
• Mountainview Drive
• Old Walpole Road
• Rockwood Road
• Woodridge Road
This work will take place on Monday, June 22, and Tuesday, June 23, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM each day.
This maintenance program helps assess the condition and capacity of the pump station, remove mineral deposits from water mains, and exercise water valves and hydrants to ensure they remain operational for firefighting, water main breaks, and other emergencies.

If you experience discolored water, run cold water from a faucet without an aerator for approximately 10 minutes. If the water does not clear, turn the faucet off, wait 30 minutes, and repeat the process.
If laundry becomes stained, do not place it in the dryer. Contact the Public Works Department at (603) 352-6550. We can provide a product designed to remove the stains.
