Parking Tickets

Pay parking tickets online. Parking ticket payments can also be mailed or placed in one of the drop boxes on various parking meters in downtown. Please contact Parking Services with questions or to submit a credit card payment by calling 603-357-9845 Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Parking Services will be transitioning to Passport, which offers a new payment portal and ticketing system. There will be a $4.00 processing fee when payments are made. Once tickets are written, they will be uploaded in real time, allowing for immediate online payment. All tickets written to a specific license plate number will be available for payment at cityofkeeneparking.rmcpay.com. Other payment options will continue to include in-person payments at City Hall, payments by mail, or by phone. Cash, check, and credit card payments are accepted. Credit card processing fees will apply.
