Title VI Complaint Procedures

Any person who believes they have been subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin under any program or activity administered by the City may file a Title VI complaint.

How to File a Complaint

Complaints may be submitted in writing, by email, or in person within 180 days of the alleged discriminatory act. Complaints should include the complainant’s name, contact information, a description of the alleged discrimination, the date(s) of occurrence, and the location of the incident.
