A public hearing will be held before the Keene City Council relative to Ordinance O-2026-09-A – Relating to Short-term Rental Uses. Petitioner, City of Keene Community Development Department, proposes to establish a use definition and use standards for “Short- term Rental” in Article 8 of the Land Development Code and permit this use by right with limitations in the following zoning districts: Rural, Residential Preservation, Low Density, Low Density 1, Medium Density, High Density, High Density 1, Downtown Core, Downtown Growth, Downtown Transition, Commerce, Neighborhood Business, Business Growth and Reuse, Office, and Agriculture.
The Ordinance is available for inspection in the office of the City Clerk, 3 Washington Street, Keene, during regular business hours.
