Community Engagement (FY27-28)
The City of Keene Parks & Recreation Department, the Robin Hood Park Steering Committee, and CHA Solutions invite residents and park users to a public feedback session about the Robin Hood Park Renovation Project – Phase II Park Space Renovation. This is an opportunity to learn more about the project, meet the project team, see what improvements are being considered, and share ideas on what matters most to our community.
As depicted in the photo below, this Community Feedback Session is scheduled for Tuesday September 15, 2026 from 5:30-7:00pm in the Recreation Center’s Multipurpose Room. Please call the Recreation Center with questions or accessibility accommodations: 603.357.9829.

Engineering Services (FY27-28)
- The City selected CHA Consulting for engineering services after a competitive RFP process surrounding the Robin Hood Park Renovation Project (spring 2026)
- Park Renovation schedule and work timeline priorities: Phase I – Pool Rehabilitation and Phase II – Park Space Renovation
- Phase I: Rehabilitation of Robin Hood Pool (currently out to bid through the City’s Purchasing Office)
- new pool liner, upgraded filtration and gutter systems, new pool deck, and pool building enhancements
- CHA presentation of Phase I – Pool Rehabilitation – City Council MSFI Committee July 22, 2026
- Phase II: Renovation of Robin Hood Park Space – including updated traffic patterns and parking, public restrooms, program building, multi-sport court, playground amenities
- Community Feedback Forum scheduled for mid-September 2026
- Phase I: Rehabilitation of Robin Hood Pool (currently out to bid through the City’s Purchasing Office)

The City’s consultant, Dubois & King Inc. provided two preliminary concepts for Robin Hood Park improvements based upon community feedback and long term park accessibility requirements.
