Summary of incident: Fire units were dispatched to a report of a fire alarm activation at 25 Ivy Drive. Crews found a bedroom and contents fire on the 2nd floor in Unit #16. A 2nd alarm was sounded at 0031 hours. Engine 1 crew stretched a hoseline to extinguish the fire and the Ladder 2 crew assisted with evacuation of the three adjacent units. Upon checking the fire unit, there was no one home at the time of the fire.
