How to Schedule Your Appointment
Informal hearings are by appointment only and available by telephone or in person at the Keene Parks and Recreation Center (312 Washington Street). Please have your assessment letter and Parcel ID (PID) number ready when booking.
- Schedule Appointments By Phone: Call toll-free at (888) 844-4300, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. (Booking by phone is required to book more than two parcels.)
- Schedule Appointments Online: Visit www.vgsi.com/schedules, select Keene, NH Hearings, and follow the instructions. If you have trouble booking online or need a date and time that is not on the schedule, please call the phone number above.
