New Parking Payment Portal

Parking Services will be transitioning to Passport, which offers a new payment portal and ticketing system. Once tickets are written, they will be uploaded in real time, allowing for immediate online payment. All tickets written to a specific license plate number will be available for payment at cityofkeeneparking.rmcpay.com. Other payment options will continue to include in-person payments at City Hall, payments by mail, or by phone. Cash, check, and credit card payments are accepted. Credit card processing fees will apply.
