The City of Keene will begin its annual roadway line painting starting the evening of Sunday, June 8, 2025, with work occurring overnight from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM to minimize traffic disruptions and ensure the safety of crews and the public. Work is expected to be completed in approximately one week and is weather dependent.
This seasonal maintenance is part of the City’s ongoing efforts to maintain clear and visible road markings for all users of our streets. Work will include painting center lines, fog lines, crosswalks, stop bars, stencils, and parking spaces throughout Keene.
Work will be performed by the following teams:
- K5 Corporation will handle the long-line striping, including center lines and fog lines.
- Pro Finish Line will complete the handwork, such as crosswalks, stop bars, and roadway stencils.
- City of Keene Public Works crews will repaint parking lines in City-owned lots and spaces.
Please use caution when traveling in areas where work is underway. Fresh paint will be clearly marked, and temporary traffic adjustments may be made to accommodate painting activities. As always, your patience and cooperation are appreciated.
