Ward Optimization Weeks (WOW!) program returns this summer to focus on each of the City’s five wards. Requests can be entered using the SeeClickFix website or application.
The City of Keene is pleased to announce the return of Ward Optimization Weeks (WOW!). This popular City initiative aims to ensure equitable distribution of maintenance services across all five wards, address specific resident-identified needs, and improve our infrastructure’s overall condition and cleanliness. We hope this approach will foster community pride and enhance the quality of life for all residents. The 2026 WOW! season begins on Monday, July 6, 2026, kicking off in Ward 1, and continues through August 7, 2026.
WOW! Schedule – Summer 2026:
- Ward 1: July 6–10
- Ward 2: July 13–17
- Ward 3: July 20–24
- Ward 4: July 27–31
- Ward 5: August 3–7
WOW! brings concentrated resources to one ward per week. Staff will focus on several areas such as road maintenance, repainting crosswalks, replacing worn traffic signs, trimming roadside vegetation, sidewalk maintenance, painting hydrants, repairing leaking valves, cleaning & inspecting sewer mains, cleaning and repairing storm drains, culverts and ditches, as well as general maintenance including graffiti removal and clearing of litter.
How to Submit Requests:
Residents can help guide city services by submitting non-emergency requests using the SeeClickFix app or online at SeeClickFix.com/Keene. If any issues occur while attempting to submit requests, residents may also call the Public Works office at 603-352-6550 to log their requests.
