Public Works crews responding to the equipment failure affecting the Fox Avenue neighborhood have partially restored service to the area. As of 7:30 p.m. last night, customers should have noticed improved water pressure.
The team was able to make interim repairs by drying out and testing one of the existing electrical motors that was submerged earlier this week. A local electrician has also installed temporary electrical connections.Restoration of full system functionality is expected to begin next week. Customers who are still experiencing unusually low water pressure are asked to contact Public Works at 603-352-6550 or, after hours, at 603-357-9813.
