In 2008, Moosewood Ecological LLC conducted a multi-disciplinary assessment of Beaver Brook. The purpose of this project was to assess Beaver Brook’s current state in order to develop recommendations for restoration. The main goal was to develop a plan to improve habitat for cold water fish species and other wildlife that use the brook, as well as to return the brook and riparian zone to a more natural state to the greatest degree feasible.
