Marlboro Street Re-Zoning Initiative

Between 2014-2017, the City of Keene worked on a zoning and land use regulations project for Marlboro Street and the surrounding district to encourage redevelopment and enhancements in the southeast quadrant of Keene. The final zoning ordinance that was adopted promotes reuse and redevelopment of underutilized properties, improved stormwater management practices, preservation of residential neighborhoods, and creating a vibrant, walkable, mixed-use district.
