Mayor Jay Kahn wishes everyone a fun and safe Halloween! Trick-or-treating will take place on Saturday, October 31, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Enjoy the evening, show off your costumes, and have a spooktacular time celebrating with family, friends, and neighbors. Please remember to stay visible, use sidewalks and crosswalks, and watch out for little ghouls and goblins crossing the streets.
Have a safe and happy Halloween!
