In honor of Keene’s 150th anniversary as a city, a special storytelling event occurred on Friday, November 8th. Historian Alan Rumrill presented a short history of how Keene evolved from an 18th-century agrarian town to a city in 1874. A facilitated discussion with Keene’s mayors, past and present followed.
