Land Development Code Fee Schedule
*IMPORTANT: Beware of wire fraud scams, where scammers impersonate City officials to trick applicants into wiring money for fake fees. These scammers often use official names and logos to request immediate payment for ‘approved’ applications. In some cases, scammers send fake invoices and request that funds be wired. We do not request wire transfers. Always verify, in person at City Hall or by phone at (603) 352-5440, if you receive a request for payment for the various applications listed here, and do not wire transfer funds.

Schedule
The Committee meets the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of each month at 10:00 am in Council Chambers of City Hall. All meetings are open to the public.
Membership
The MPRC shall be comprised of five members. One member shall be the Public Works Director or their designee, one member shall be the Community Development Director or their designee, one member shall be the Zoning Administrator or their designee, one member shall be the Fire Chief or their designee, and one member shall be a designee of the City Manager.
