*UPDATED* Utility Bills - Printing Errors

City of Keene Utility Bills dated 01/26/2024 were printed with incorrect wording including, “make checks payable to: TylerTown” and an invalid phone number, “(207) 777-7777”.  Reprinted bills with wording corrections will be sent to customers this week.  Please discard the first 01/26/2024 bill and use the corrected version.  If you have already sent your Utility Bill payment to the City, there is no need to do anything additional.  

Utility billing payments should be mailed to:

or paid online (keenenh.gov/online-services), or delivered to City Hall in person at 3 Washington Street in Keene.  The Revenue Office can be reached by phone at (603) 352-3239, or you can send a message.

A thorough review of the dollar amounts is being completed prior to sending the reprints to confirm that the printing issue only affected the wording on the bill, which appears to be the case at this time.

The City is aware of printing problems with the most recent utility bills including "Tyler Town" wording and an inaccurate phone number.  We are working to audit this billing today and will follow up with additional information shortly.  We apologize for the confusion which appears to be the result of the recent migration to a new billing system, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
