The State of New Hampshire Judicial Branch is partnering with the Keene Public Library to provide access to Westlaw and small collections of legal titles. Beginning in February 2024, the Keene Public Library will add to its non-circulating, reference collection, two law book collections: the New Hampshire Practice Series, published by Lexis Nexis, and the New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated, published by Thompson Reuters.

The Keene Public Library will also provide the general public and members of the bar a publicly accessible laptop computer that is set up Westlaw Patron Access, an online legal research service and proprietary database owned by Thomson Reuters.
