STATEMENT: The Resolution was adopted to require those makinga request for outdoor lighting on utility poles located within a public right-of-way on on public land to provide written notification to the City Council prior to the installation of such lighting pera Memorandum of Understanding entered into by Eversource and the City of Keene. The Resolution further stipulates a notification process for abutters and a mechanism for abutters to provide feedback.
