Residents can petition to the City Council to create a district which allows only residents of their street to be able to legally park on their street. Upon receipt of a petition representing a majority of the residences within an area and upon approval by the City Council these residents’ vehicles will be exempt from certain “No Parking” codes.

Current Residential Parking Permit Districts:

• Adams Court, north and south sides
• Bruder Street, north side
• Hamden Drive, east and west sides
• Hancock Street, both sides
• Iceland Circle, north and south sides
• Wilcox Terrace, east and west sides
